The ThingSpace Software Management Services API enables customers to manage, schedule, and deploy software updates to compatible 4G and 5G Internet of Things (IoT) devices that are already operational in the field. This capability allows devices—including those in remote or difficult-to-access locations—to receive upgrades seamlessly, minimizing the necessity for on-site visits and truck rolls.

Device firmware versions and campaign management are accessible through both ThingSpace Manage and the Software Management Services API.
