The ThingSpace APIs enforce a global rate limit of 30 requests per second (RPS).
Best Practices
Handle 429 Errors: Exceeding the rate limit will return an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests status. Your application should monitor for this error and implement a retry mechanism with exponential backoff.
Use Bulk Operations: Most endpoints support bulk operations. Grouping multiple operations into a single request reduces your overall request volume and helps prevent rate limit errors.
